SOS In Montreal, close to the « Service Canada », where people apply for residence permits, eighteen stanchion posts, usually employed to organize waiting lines, are placed in an enigmatic fashion. Seen from above, it appears that they form letters that make up a word: “SOS” – as if some unknown person wanted to cry for help. Art work created for the Art Souterrain Festival 2019 in which Martin Le Chevallier was involved as co-curator.
